I am delighted to be the head teacher of Agincourt School.

The Agincourt Difference.

Every care is taken of every child so that their enjoyment of learning is initiated and nurtured. It is very important to me that the children love to come to school each day feeling safe and secure and ready for the wealth of different experiences. The whole team of staff are dedicated to the task of making this a special school. They each have a range of different expertise that are used not only for the curriculum teaching but also for extra curricular activities.

Each term brings a selection of exciting trips, visitors and themed weeks whether it is Science week with a collection of snakes, a visit to the theatre or a meeting with local firemen.

The beautiful school grounds are an integral part of school life providing a conservation area and pond, vegetable and herb gardens, a flower butterfly and a range of play equipment. The play dens, castle, boat and adventure trail lead to imaginative play and great fun outside.

 We are pleased to offer a range of fourteen different clubs taking place in the lunchtime or after school. The staff run these in addition to curriculum teaching allowing children to try different activities and pursue different interests. There is something for everyone from Pottery to Dance, Rugby skills to French.

Because the children are happy they enjoy learning and excellent academic standards are reached.
